I had my share of ups and downs during my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were pretty with a delightful outdoor bath and a superb breakfast that included the best chocolate croissant I've ever had in Mexico. On the other hand, the service was a bit hit or miss, and the noise in the room was distracting. Overall, it felt luxurious but had room for improvement.

I had a wonderful visit to this hotel, which is filled with character and charm. The employees are polite and accommodating, making my experience truly pleasant. The dining here was exceptional, with the restaurant deserving all its accolades. However, the English proficiency of the staff could use some improvement, and there were issues with the cash exchange and dining bill, which could be a bit off-putting for some guests.

My stay was mostly enjoyable, especially the delicious breakfast that truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's unique decor and attention to detail were impressive, making it a delightful experience overall. However, there were some downsides such as cleanliness issues in the room and a noisy air conditioning unit, which detracted from the overall comfort. Despite these flaws, the location and the wonderful dining options made it a memorable visit.
